Chris is a seasoned hospitality professional and former TAFE teacher and Club GM. He now excels as the Senior Compliance Consultant at Lighthouse Safety & Compliance. He is an expert in AML/CTF, risk assessments, safe work procedures, customer service, emergency training, and WHS and much more.
Gail Kirkpatrick

With over 18 years in hospitality across clubs and pubs, Gail excelled as a Compliance Manager for a large Queensland pub group before moving to Lighthouse Safety & Compliance. Gail is outgoing, humorous, and fiercely dedicated. Gail thrives on delivering exceptional gaming, training, and operational care to her clients.

Amanda is a dynamic professional with broad hospitality experience and a law degree from Brazil. Amanda thrived at a premier private Queensland club before moving to Lighthouse Safety & Compliance. Her enthusiastic blend of legal and operational expertise ensures precise navigation of complex regulatory environments.
Samantha Nisbet
Safety & Compliance
Samantha Nisbet brings 8+ years experience working in clubs and pubs. Most recently working as a lead trainer at TAB. Samantha is an expert in RSA/RSG, gaming compliance, and has broad experience working in pubs and Clubs (including growing up in a family hospitality business). Samanta is well known in QLD and NSW for her commitment to customer service, and her fire training.

She partners with Australian clubs and Pubs to deliver confident, compliant, and people-focused HR and governance solutions. Known for her friendly and proactive approach, Puja provides expert training, implementation support, oversight, and problem-solving, ensuring every solution is tailored to the unique needs of each venue.
